Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to guarantee the timely delivery of your floral arrangements or specialty gifts. We strive to make these substitutions as similar as possible to your original request. If your selected item is unavailable, it may be replaced with another of equal or greater value, maintaining a similar theme and category.

For floral arrangements, substitutions may include variations in color if the requested color is out of stock. Additionally, items such as baskets, vases, plush toys, and chocolates may differ in size, color, shape, or brand if the original item is not available.

Delivery Areas

While we proudly deliver to nearly all locations within the Philippines, please note that if the delivery address is remote from our courier office (particularly for provincial deliveries) or outside our coverage area, the recipient may need to pick up their order from the designated courier office. Notifications will be sent to the recipient or buyer regarding this advisory.

Shipping charges will apply regardless of whether the item is picked up or delivered, as we will still ship the item to the nearest courier office. Although we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we will make every effort to deliver your order within the requested timeframe. Customers can request morning, afternoon, or evening delivery slots.

Liability Disclaimer

Davao Funeral Flower Shop is not liable for any delays or failures in delivering items for any reason. We are also not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages. If a customer is dissatisfied with an item, it may be exchanged if the recipient returns the item within three working days; however, refunds are not provided.

Multiple Merchant Orders

Please be advised that our website features products from various merchants. If you place an order containing items from different merchants, deliveries may arrive at different times on your specified date. We may, in some cases, arrange for simultaneous delivery—please reach out to us for such requests.

Acceptance of Delivery

Our courier and delivery team is authorized to deliver to anyone present at the specified address, not just the intended recipient. If the recipient is unavailable, anyone at the address can accept the item and sign for the delivery.

Delivery Time Exceptions

Delivery time guarantees may be suspended during extreme weather conditions, such as typhoons or heavy rain. Incomplete shipping addresses can cause delays, and if the recipient's address is incorrect, no refunds will be issued. Davao Funeral Flower Shop reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.
