At Davao Funeral Flower Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care and attention to ensure your order is delivered perfectly. However, in the event of any issues with our highly perishable products, we encourage you to bring up your concerns or complaints. Our dedicated customer service team is trained to respond promptly and will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy

Order Cancellation (5 Days Prior): If you cancel your order at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a full refund after deducting a service charge of either $15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is greater.

Order Cancellation (3 Days Prior): If you cancel your order 3 days before the delivery date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount.

Order Cancellation (Less Than 3 Days): Unfortunately, if you cancel your order less than 3 days before the delivery date, no refund will be issued.
Return & Replacement Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order for a valid reason, we can replace the item if the recipient can return it as delivered within 3 working days. Please note that refunds are not available for returned items.
We will gladly replace items if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery for the following reasons:
- Faulty items
- Items damaged during transit
Please note: Items cannot be exchanged for any other item; they can only be replaced with the same product.
